Grandma’s Pork crackling (or scratchings) is made from two ingredients, pork skin, and salt. The crackling is cooked in its own fat. The bags are resealable.

Pork crackling makes an excellent low carb snack. A small amount of fat is left on the skin to retain flavour and it is cut into small bite-size pieces, pop some crunch into your mouth while watching a movie, but be warned it is addictive!
