Monk Fruit is a small melon like fruit native to Southern China which has been prized by Buddhist monks for centuries. It has a delicious caramel sweetness that is not derived from sugar but from components know as Mogrosides. It has no additives or fillers and no maltodextrin like some other monk fruit sweeteners and it will not spike blood sugar levels.
